Loan Payment Options

As a member of AIM Credit Union, you have several convenient options for repayment.

  • Scheduled recurring transfers from your ACU account
  • ACH Debit
  • Check or Debit by mobile device
  • Mail in a check
  • Pay in person
  • Online Loan Payments from another financial institution
  • One-time payment from Debit or Credit Card

 

TRANSFER

You may establish a scheduled recurring transfer from your ACU account to your ACU loan.

  • You can also schedule transfers yourself by logging in to your Online Banking to set up your automatic payment. Click on the transfers tab, then click scheduled transfers button.
  • Or you can call one of our branches and we can set this up for you.
  • There is no cost for this service.

 

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS – ACH Debit

Set up automatic payments by filling out an Automatic Payment Authorization form. You may also stop by any ACU branch to complete this form or call to have the form emailed or mailed to you.

  • You will need to have the routing and account number for the drafting Financial Institution, once this has been signed and accepted, your ACH Draft will pull on the date setup.
  • Cancellation is required with this payment method. Online Cancellation form or Printable Cancellation form can be mailed or signed in person.
  • There is no cost for this service.

 

CHECK OR DEBIT CARD BY PHONE

  • You can make a one-time payment via phone with a check or debit card.
    You can call one of our branches and we can process a check or debit card over the phone. This processes the payment as a cash advance on your card or account. Fees may be charged by your financial.
  • There is no cost for this service.

 

IN PERSON

  • You can always come into an ACU branch and make your payment in person or one of our drive thru lanes.
    You can use the payment coupons to make payments. Coupons are available upon for request, please contact ACU to request coupons.
  • There is no cost for this service.

MAIL

  • You may mail in a check or money order, attached with your payment coupon (available upon request) to:

ONLINE PAYMENTS FROM ANTOHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION –

There is a convenience fee for this service.

To make a payment via credit or debit card, please give us a call at 800-928-4992.

We have partnered with Allied Payment to provide Portal Pay to securely process online payments to your ACU Loan. This service is offered specifically to accommodate members who need to make a one-time loan payment from another financial institution.

  • Use your Routing and Account Number at your other financial institution to make a payment.
    • You must enter your Member Number – (dash) Loan Number (Ex. 12345-67).
    • Complete required fields and select “Bank Account” under “Payment Information Type.”
    • A $3.00 convenience fee will be charged for using this service.  This is a non-refundable fee.
  • Use your Debit Card from another financial institution to make a payment.
    • You must enter your Member Number – (dash) Loan Number (Ex. 12345-67).
    • Complete required fields and select “Debit Card” or “Credit Card” under “Payment Information Type.”
    • A $5.00 convenience fee will be charged for using your debit or credit card to make a loan payment online. This is a non-refundable fee.

For both payment methods:

  • Please retain a copy of the supplied receipt page or email as proof your transaction has been approved.
  • This method of payment is not intended for paying your loan balance in full or for making payments larger than $1,000.
  • Payments submitted before 5:00 PM CST will be posted the next business day. Payments submitted after 5:00 PM CST will be posted in 2 business days.
  • For your ease and security, this system does not save your member or loan information and must be entered each time you make a loan payment. Multiple loan payments may not be combined into one transaction; each loan must be identified individually through your member number-loan number.
