Touch Tone Teller can handle several transactions during a telephone call. Below are the transaction capabilities offered to the members and the phone keys to be pressed for each.

Pointers for Using Touch-Tone Teller and Phone System
Both the Touch-Tone Teller (TTT) and our ACU phone answering system have introductory greetings. If you have listened to this greeting before and do not wish to hear it each time you call, you can eliminate the greeting by doing the following:

For the TTT: Enter your account number, followed by the pound sign (#), immediately after connection. You will not have to enter the pound sign (#) after your entries unless instructed, or you wish to return to the main menu by entering pound - pound (##).

For the Answering System: Press star (*) immediately after connection to leave a message.

Did you know you can transfer funds between your primary and joint owner accounts via the TTT? Call Our Office today, and we will set you up.

Getting Started
Enter your account number followed by the # key.

Enter PIN (do not enter # afterwards). To change PIN once you have entered press 96.

Listen to the pre-recorded message and follow instructions. Press 99 for a list of menu options while in TTT.

## will return you to the main menu.

When entering dollar amounts, no decimal is needed (2500 = $25.00) and use zeros to show no cents.

Note: History Prior to August 1, 2004, is not available.
