Phone Vishing Scam

We have been notified of a fraud attack in which the public is receiving vishing phone calls from an automated system stating there is a problem with their card or account. The caller instructs to press 1 to speak to customer service. After pressing 1, the caller requests personal card or account information.
If you receive a call like this, please hang up. If you were a victim of this vishing scheme and did provide personal card or account information, please call the credit union immediately at 1-800-928-4328 or 563-585-3737.
Never give out your personal information in response to an unsolicited phone call, text message, or email.
