My Check Images

Check Images Click Here

This site enables you to view, print, or e-mail a copy of your check. You can see the front as you wrote it and the back with its endorsement and financial institution clearing numbers. History of your ACU check images is available back through November 15, 1999. If you need a copy of a check dated prior to that date, call our office.

Access:

1. Your first step will be to contact ACU to set up your username and password.

2. You must have the latest versions of your web browser (Internet Explorer version 5.0 or Netscape Communicator version 4.7) to successfully run the program. These browsers can be downloaded for free from the Microsoft or Netscape web pages.

Login:

1. Type in username and password. Group should be - alliant (all lower case letters).

2. Click OK to login. Be patient as the applet is loading. This may take a few seconds.

You do not have to complete all the fields to view a copy of your check. If you do not know the check number or the amount of the check, you can use the symbols listed below to insert a range of numbers.

Date: Date the item cleared (Key in mm/dd/yyyy – History is available from 11/15/1999)

Sequence#: Share Check Services 7-digit trace number

PC: Field is not being used after 2/01/00

RetItemCode: Key a 2 to retrieve your credit union depository returns
