This site enables you to view, print, or e-mail a copy of your
check. You can see the front as you wrote it and the back with its
endorsement and financial institution clearing numbers. History
of your ACU check images is available back through November 15,
1999. If you need a copy of a check dated prior to that date, call
our office.
1. Your first step will be to contact ACU to set up your username
and password.
2. You must have the latest versions of your web browser (Internet
Explorer version 5.0 or Netscape Communicator version 4.7) to
successfully run the program. These browsers can be downloaded
for free from the Microsoft or Netscape web pages.
1. Type in username and password.
Group should be - alliant (all lower case letters).
2. Click OK to login. Be patient as the applet is loading. This
may take a few seconds.

1. To access check images for an account, click on the Query
button in the toolbar.
2. The query window allows you to search by a number of areas
in the check system. When you are finished with the query criteria,
press the submit button.
You do not have to complete all the fields to view a copy of your
check. If you do not know the check number or the amount of the
check, you can use the symbols listed below to insert a range of
numbers.
Account: MICR-line account number with the check
digit at the end of it (you do not need to key in preceding zeros)
Check#: Check field or serial field on MICR-line
Amount: Amount the item cleared (key in decimal
point)
Date: Date the item cleared (Key in mm/dd/yyyy
– History is available from 11/15/1999)
Sequence#: Share Check Services 7-digit trace
number
PC: Field is not being used after 2/01/00
RetItemCode: Key a 2 to retrieve your credit union

Query results:
Note: If your query resulted in more than 40 items, you can scroll
between items 1-40, 41-80, etc. using the arrows at the bottom right
hand of the screen. Also, if your account number structure has more
than 10 digits, maximize the screen to prevent overlapping numbers
between the account field and the check# field.

1. To view a check, click on Front button on the toolbar. This
will display the front of check. To view the back of a check,
click on the Back button on the toolbar.
2. If the check is difficult to read, click on Smooth. The applet
will attempt to display a more clear copy of the check.
3. To enlarge the image of the check on your screen, click the
Enlarge button on the toolbar.
1. To print a single check or multiple checks copies:
Click
on the Printer field of the items you want to print
Click
on the Print button in the toolbar
2. After clicking "Print" on the toolbar, you can select
various options. When you have selected your desired options,
click on the Preview button.
3. Your check is displayed in another browser window. If you
wish to print the check image, click on the Print button in your
browser or go to the Print command under the File menu.
If you want to email a check, you can right click on the image
of the check and click on Save Picture As. Then save a copy of the
image (in GIF format) to your hard drive. You can then attach this
file to any email program and send it via email.
