Our WebTeller button is located at the top left of our site pages.
To access your account information, you have to complete an initial
signin process. For instructions on how to sign in, click here.
Once you have entered WebTeller, you will be able to access your
account and safely and securely:
- Obtain Current Account Balances
- Transfer Funds Between Your Accounts or to a Loan
- Retrieve Account Histories
- Transfer Funds to Another Member's Account
- Change Your PIN Online
- Download Cleared Checks into your Checkbook Software
- View Loan Information
- Order
Checks
- Use Financial Calculators
The WebTeller takes advantage of encryption technology, which prevents
monitoring of your account and unauthorized access to your information.
This service is on a secure server with a firewall for maximum protection.
When signing on, be sure you have a closed padlock in the lower
left corner of your screen to indicate a secure link has been established.
For member's safety and security, access to your account requires
your account number and a password containing at least one letter
and one number, with a minimum of five characters in length. Do
Not Use: social security numbers, family member initials,
birth dates, addresses, etc. The password should not be something
easily figured out.
Passwords should be changed on a regular basis with a six-month
maximum interval recommended. Activated passwords may be changed
online for the WebTeller and by contacting our staff for the Touch-Tone
Teller.
Important Notes about
WebTeller:
PASSWORD
If you forget your login password, and want to avoid being
locked out of your account, remember to click the "Forgot Password"
link on the sign-in screen. A temporary password will be e-mailed
to you and you will be required to update your password.
Password Requirements: Minimum length of five characters,
maximum length of nine characters, include an upper and lower case
letter and at least one number.
ACCOUNT DOWNLOADS
Save time and streamline recordkeeping tasks by downloading transactions
from your account into these popular accounting software programs
from Intuit. The current and two prior versions of each software
program are supported.

TRANSFERS
- Transfer funds: To transfer funds to another member's savings
or loan account, select "Another Member Account" on
the "Transfer To" drop down menu. You will be prompted
to key in the other member's last name, account number, and account
type.
If you do not know the account number of the person to whom you
want to transfer funds, you will have to contact the member to obtain
that confidential information.
If you are a joint-owner of the account to which you want to make
a transfer, you can contact our staff for the number, after identifying
confidential information on our system for validation.
Commonly Used Account Types for Deposits on "Transfers"
to "Another Member Account" are:
- 00 Regular Share Savings
- 30 Checking
- 04 Christmas Club
- 02 Money Market
Mail Check: Members may choose the option to have
checks mailed to you directly from your account. To do this, click
the "Transfers" tab. Choose the account in the "Transfer
From" drop down list and then choose "Transfer to Check"
at the bottom of the "Transfer To" drop-down list.
Scheduled Transfer Feature Added to WebTeller
You now have the ability to schedule transfers for a future date
in WebTeller.
Scheduled transfer frequency options are:
- Annually
- Semi-Annually
- Monthly
- Semi-Monthly
- Quarterly
- Lump Sum
- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly
- Daily
Scheduled transfers can be setup between share accounts or from
a share account to a loan.* Scheduled transfers run at 11:00 p.m.
CST, before our end of day process.** Scheduled transfers can be
edited or deleted in WebTeller. If you have any questions about
using scheduled transfers in WebTeller, please contact the credit
union.
*Note: Transfers to another member’s account can
only be done using the “Single Transfer” option in WebTeller.
**Note: On the last day of the month, Scheduled Transfers
and the End of Day process will run earlier than 11:00 pm CST.
“REMEMBER ME”
Caution on "Remember Me" checkbox: When checking
the "remember me" checkbox, information will only be stored
on that computer. You will be prompted to answer the authentication
questions again if you:
- log in to WebTeller from a new computer
- change your web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer to Firefox)
- delete the cookies on your computer
