Use the Power Card (Debit Card) instead of checks to pay for products at your favorite retail stores, grocery stores, gas stations, etc.

  • Unlimited FREE transactions with merchants (PIN not required)
  • 8 Free ATM transactions per month (PIN required)

Our Online Form may be used to request your power card and personal identification number (PIN).

Alliance One now offers selective non-surcharging ATMs in 28 states and Germany.

Withdraw cash or transfer between your checking and savings accounts at an automated teller machine (ATM) that displays the Shazam or Cirrus symbols.

Although the Power Card includes the MasterCard symbol, it is not a charge card. This card can be used for purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted, but the deduction will come from your checking account. This card may also be used for ATM transactions. A PIN is required for access on ATMs.

Because the card is a MasterCard, you may select to have your transaction process through the ATM network or the credit card system. Either way, the transaction will clear from your checking account.

Lost or Stolen Card:
Call our Card center at 1.800.234.5354 to report your card as lost or stolen and to request a block of all transactions.

Shazam ATM Transaction with PIN:
ATM stands for Automated Teller Machine. There are many networks of ATMs connected to each other throughout the world. ACU works through the Shazam ATM Network. When you swipe your card and key in your personal PIN, you have just made an ATM network transaction.

Unlimited Merchant Transactions without PIN:
If you use the card as a credit card at a merchant and do not key in your PIN, your transaction may process through the credit card system instead of the ATM network and may not count as an ATM transaction. Remember, the transaction will still clear your checking account and not your credit card. Often a merchant clerk will ask you if it's a credit card or a debit card, or ask you to swipe your card and select "credit card or debit card" processing. By selecting "credit card" you do NOT enter a PIN and the transaction does not process through the ATM network, but will clear your checking account.
